About Words And Voices(WAV)

Back in 2004, new terms were being coined as we tried to understand this phenomenon and its participants: “virtual workforce,” “web workers,” “freelance economy.” It was enormously disruptive — both to how work got done and to workers’ lifestyles. I wanted to figure out how to make work-from-home work. Words And Voices(WAV) was started to address all of that and share our views on these trends and take advantage of the software to find ways to work more efficiently and get more done with technology.

At Words And Voices(WAV), we’re quite content to be the odd blog out. And all of this is fine by us. We’re independently spirited, fiercely unconventional who do things a little differently and are passionate about making the web a better place. Where others may value the bottom line, we value—well—values. We answer to no one but you. We operate this way because we believe it’s the right thing to do. We believe that secrecy is trumped by honesty and personal interest by community. Furthermore, we believe that the web is more cared for than owned.

At Words And Voices(WAV), we have an underlying credo, that guides our behavior.

I’ll never stop learning, won’t just work on things, but also Constantly improve my craft. I know there’s no such thing as a status quo. / I’ll build our business sustainably through passionate and loyal customers. / I’ll never pass up an opportunity to help out a friend/colleague, and I’ll remember the days before I knew everything. / I’m more motivated by impact, and I know that Technology is one of the most profound way to empower people of our generation. / I’m in a marathon, not a sprint, and no matter how far away the goal is, the only way to get there is by putting one foot in front of another every day.

  3. Hi Deepak its really nice talking to you. You know the things common between us is we both are piscean and both love reading psychology books. You know even i can predict well about persons nature and his or her future steps which gonna harm him or give benefits to him but sometime we just comment in hurry without understanding the other person. I’m a big fan of your style, the way you give attention to detail on everything you do.
